The salt water solution is made with 3-4 teaspoons of salt in a quart of warm water.<br /> <br /> (3) Use antibiotic cream for 7-12 days only.<br /> <br /> (4) Continue using the saltwater solution (saline) as described above in (2) for one-two months, or until healed.
